INSTALLATION OF woodfac PANEL and alufac Facades
Unique and simple plug and play system
All our facade systems are like building with LEGO. They have countless creative combinations, are easy to handle and give a precise and sharp look without visible screws.
The simple handling and easy plug and play installation consists of just three components that are set up in three steps.
The three components - aluminium panel, wood or aluminium lamella and mounting screw - are all prepared for thermal movement with full control over all phases of construction.

Setting up the system often begins with a start profile. Alternatively, with a rebate profile if setup begins at a window or door.
Start, end and rebate profiles are available in varying widths.
The panel is angled into the previous coupling and is generally pulled to the right for maximum tire width.
Then tilt panel in one single movement towards the suspension profile - "click".
Once the panel is in place against the suspension profile, secure it with stainless steel mounting screws.
The panels are prepared for thermal movement and the thermal 0-point must be positioned equally on all panels.
