Creative design

The parking garage on Tomgårdsvej in Copenhagen NV is a building where they have "played" with the design of the facade.

The cladding consists of brown anodized aluminum slats, which with its 3 different sizes creates a particularly varied look.

The aluminum slats measure 80x15, 30x86 and 50x50 mm, respectively, and all mounted with the same cc distance of 106 mm. They are installed both vertically and horizontally and "flipped" in different shapes, and the parking garage has a nice curved facade, which is also clad with aluminum slats.

Tomgårdsvej is a fine example of the design freedom of facade systems, where creativity can run wild. There are no limitations, just lots of possibilities - whether the facade is clad in aluminum or wood or perhaps a combination of both or possibly other materials, as seen in this parking garage.
