There are many ways to decorate buildings, and one of them is to leave the basic facade visible, but at the same time "embellished" with decoration in a different material.

We have done this at Skagen Salmon, where their buildings have been given a boost with the installation of wooden slats in an organic play on the load-bearing facade.

For Skagen Salmon, our Woodfac Click solution was chosen. This open facade system is ideal for facades that only need to be partially clad and where you want to be able to see the load-bearing facade.

The slats are delivered in the desired wood type, length and cc-distance. For this project, fire-impregnated thermal pine slats were chosen in a mix of two lengths - 34x34 mm and 34x85 mm respectively.

The location by the North Sea required fittings in acid-resistant material. All fixing brackets and screws are therefore in A4 material, which is also supplied by Nordisk Profil.
